By accessing or using the REAPS website or platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using REAPS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service description
REAPS is a cloud-based productivity platform for real estate agencies operating in South Africa. The platform is currently in development. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change prior to general availability.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform or create a contractual obligation on either party. We will use the email address you provide solely to communicate about REAPS availability and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.
4. Intellectual property
The REAPS name, logo, design, and all content on this website are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, REAPS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website or platform.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
